Astrid Foerster Kunstmann

Astrid Foerster (Business Coach EBS University) has been supporting people in their personal development since 2005. Astrid Foerster Kunstmann is an expert in business and career development through coaching, seminars, consulting and support for managers, employees, departments and teams.


She draws on more than ten years of experience and extensive training as a business coach, trainer and consultant for managers in well-known companies in a wide range of industries, as well as  a long corporate career. References include American Express, BASF, BAYER, BMW, CLS Behring, EZB, GlaxoSmithKline, GE Capital, Goodyear Dunlop, Lufthansa, Magirus, Nokian Tires, SAP, SWISS Air Lines, Vodafone, etc.


Astrid Foerster Kunstmann understands how to work with clients to quickly identify the relevant potential for change and to develop effective solutions and implementation strategies with respect and trust.

Wolfgang Foerster

Wolfgang Foerster has more than 20 years of management experience in the hospitality and finance industries. He holds an MBA from EHL University of Lausanne (Switzerland). In addition to numerous management positions, he has extensive experience as a coach, consultant and trainer in various B2B and B2C industries. He has in-depth knowledge of leadership development, organizational development, change management and team development and is very familiar with today's leadership and business issues. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of personal development, intercultural communication, operations, quality management, effective leadership and general management.


Before becoming a freelancer, Wolfgang Foerster worked as a manager at Starwood and American Express Travel. Since 2004, he has built up his own coaching and trainering practice through numerous certified courses in coaching, training and personal development. He works in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Asia and China.


Wolfgang Foerster was born in 1964 and grew up near Lake Constance. He is married to the best woman in the world, has a wondeful grown-up son, funny cats and is a passionate skier, roadster driver and mountaineer.
